I had an excellent experience at Hotel New Sarah Inn, Andheri West. The owner, Mr. Abdul, was extremely helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist me during my stay. His younger brother even helped me book an Uber and a rickshaw for my return journey to the airport. The staff was prompt and efficient, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel had all the basic amenities like AC, TV, and geysers, making for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. the room we were assigned was not clean and had a strange odor.

During my Easter break, I stayed at a hotel that had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel was equipped with a TV, an air-conditioning system and geysers, which made my stay memorable. the hotel had a great location, being in close proximity to key tourist attraction sites, shops and restaurants. the hotel staff was very courteous, making me feel at home.
My experience at the hotel was marred by a few issues. the hotel did not have adequate plates, forks and spoons, which was a disappointment for me.
